ANNIVERSARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Glen and Bonnie Hardesty, of Shelbyville, celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary today. They were married March 6, 1976, at Shelbyville First Christian Church by Rev. James Horner. Both are Elders of the First Christian Church for many years. The Hardestys have five children: Julia Hardesty Stiehl, Danny Hardesty, Richey Hardesty, Bradley Stover and Derek Stover; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Glen retired from Cummins Engine Co. after 37 years, and Bonnie retired from Standard Register Co. after 30 years. They have taken 25 cruises and traveled to other states in their marriage. Plans are to travel more in the near future.
