OPENING BELL
A new Taco Bell, 1810 N. Riley Hwy., the second Shelbyville location, opened yesterday. The fast-food restaurant near I-74 will be open 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., Sunday through Wednesday, and 7 a.m. to 3 a.m., Thursday through Saturday.
