Chase Building Sold to Local Group
Shelbyville-based Genesis Property Development, which oversaw the recent downtown redevelopment project, has purchased the former Chase building, 49 Public Square, from the City of Shelbyville Redevelopment Commission.
The City purchased the Colonial-style building in December 2020 for $260,000.
