CROSSES

Thirteen crosses are on display outside Heather and Shawn Decker’s home, 122 W. McKay Road, Shelbyville, at the corner of Culbertson Road on the hill. Heather Decker said she had no immediate family serving but felt compelled to construct the tribute to show her appreciation to U.S. military.
