Railroad crossing lights on Saturday reminded drivers there is “no left turn” from N. Noble St. onto E. Franklin St. when flashing. Locals, of course, know left turns are never permitted there because E. Franklin is one-way going east, as indicated by the sign on the left side of the intersection.
