Annexation for Incoming Industry, Park Impact Fee Update Approved by Council

The Shelbyville Common Council on second reading yesterday unanimously approved annexing and rezoning land on East State Road 44 that will potentially be used as the U.S. headquarters for a European agricultural-based manufacturing facility.
