NEW VIEW

Those familiar with downtown buildings as background for the Joseph fountain might presume this is “Photoshopped”, but it’s an authentic JOHN WALKER photo, looking west on Public Square. Walker was on the east side of the fountain in the middle of Washington St. when he took the picture with the sun “backlighting” the water last Friday.
