NOTEBOOK In honor of Nolan Parker, who passed away one year ago today, numerous local residents performed good deeds and donated to charitable causes this week. “You may not have known him, but Nolan was a uniter. He was the great connector. He connected people of every faith, every creed, every race, every ethnicity, and every age,” a letter from family and friends said commemorating the day. “It doesn't matter, young or old, everybody loved Nolan because he was just a genuinely, good person who was constantly doing good deeds without being asked or needing recognition.”
