Cora Cutsinger, the owner of a rental at 135 Walker Street, was given 30 days to deal with continual issues regarding the tenants’ upkeep of the property and their pending eviction. “It’s been a nightmare,” Cutsinger said. The owner of 333 E. Mechanic St., who had mostly cleaned up the cited area, was given two weeks to finish. The resident of 145 Walker Street, who had also mostly cleaned up the matter, was given a one-week continuance.
